Just wanted to contact you to let you know what a helpful repairman Gary was. I had lots of frustrations with my kitchenaid appliances and he was very thorough and helpful, even encouraged me to be persistant in my complaints against them. As a result, his labor and the parts were paid for by Kitchenaid. I called Jim and Dave's upon the recommendation of Greg Mizer, who remodeled my kitchen. I would go to Jim & Dave's for appliances and service again because of both Greg's association and Gary's professional service.

Felicia was very quick to contact me and sympathetic to our of possibly losing over 400 lbs of meat due to a freezer on the fritz. She was able to work us into the schedule that very day. Brad was quick to call me and arrange a time to meet me at my house for the repair. Brad was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to make the appropriate repairs. We will definitely keep your business in mind should we need additional repairs or need to purchase any other appliances since I know what a reputable business you operate and great people you employ.
